A San Francisco born native living life abroad with my husband, Jeff and our 3 children for the last 7 years.
Ren has been practicing yoga in many forms for over 35 years. Honoured & grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from some amazing yogis around the world, she strives to take the teachings and pass them on to her fellow practitioners. Her main focus is body mechanics, fascia movement, men & women's health and athletes.
In 2015, she began teaching yoga in a beautiful Oxfordshire Village. She teaches group classes, small private groups and one to one classes. She is available for group mindfulness and yoga to professionals in the workplace.

She is a highly experienced and professional Hatha Yoga CYT-300, a member of Yoga International and the British Wheel of Yoga.
Living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement inform and guide her teaching and practice, which is focused on helping her students better connect with themselves and with their surroundings.
